Book an engineer

Choose whether you prefer an AM or PM appointment – we’ll contact you to confirm your 4 hour window.

If it’s not an emergency, you’ll receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment so you don’t forget.

STEP 2

Get the help you need

You’ll receive a phone call on the day 30 minutes before we’re due to arrive. Our engineer will assess the situation and make any repairs needed.

In 90% of cases, we can do this the same day, but if we can’t we’ll be back the next day – or at a convenient time for you.

STEP 3

Sit back and relax

With our No Fix No Fee Guarantee, you can be safe in the knowledge that you only pay when the problem is fixed.

You can then sleep easy knowing that everything has expertly been taken care of so you can be comfortable in your home again.

For repairs, one of our experienced engineers will complete a 30-minute inspection of your system, so you'll know exactly what's wrong. If your issue can then be fixed without additional parts within the initial inspection, we'll complete the fix for you - all within the £96 Fixed Price Repair.

Currently, over 9 out of 10 issues are resolved in a single appointment!

If we can't complete the fix within this timeframe or parts are required, we'll give you a no-obligation fixed price quote to complete the work and 90% of the time this can be completed during the same appointment.
